Most scanning solutions only handle the scanning step – they still require manual Excel reconciliation and don’t provide real-time discrepancy alerts. StockPulse completes the entire cycle from scanning to DMS integration to automated reconciliation, eliminating manual work entirely. Unlike others, we don’t require expensive QR stickers or labels – vehicles are scanned using registration plates & VINs.

Do staff need special phones or equipment?

No. StockPulse works on any smartphone (iPhone or Android) or tablet. There’s no special hardware to buy, charge, maintain, or replace.

How quickly can we get started?

Most dealer groups are fully operational within 2 weeks. Setup includes DMS integration, staff training (typically 20 minutes for scanners and 1 hour for reconciliation), and configuration of your specific stock check parameters. Unlike hardware-based solutions, there’s no equipment ordering or installation delays.

What happens if there's no mobile signal at our sites?

The app works fully offline. Staff can complete entire stock checks without signal, and all data syncs automatically once connection is restored. GPS timestamps and vehicle images are captured even offline for audit trail purposes.
